Prices All prices are in US dollars.
Damage Delivery If your order was damaged during delivery, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery receipt. To contact us please call (780) 868-0014, or e-mail us at danielle@magicfairygarden.com. If you are returning a product because we shipped you an item that you did not order, magicfairygarden.com will pay the return-shipping cost up to the price of the original shipping method.
Return & Exchange Policy Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you have 7 days to return or exchange any item. However, returned items must be new, in its original packaging and in unworn condition. We cannot accept clothing returns with smoke or odor damage. Special order items are non-returnable.
The full purchase price minus shipping and handling will be refunded. It takes approximately five- seven business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession.
Please follow the process listed below: • Contact customer service by calling (780) 868-0014 or by e-mailing us at Send me an email • Upon authorization place a copy of your Invoice Receipt you received by e-mail and return this sheet with your item. • Pack the item to be returned securely in the original carton.
You may send the return through an insured/traceable carrier of your choice such as registered mail, UPS, or Federal Express. We are not responsible for packages sent to us that are lost or damaged. Customs and Import Duties for International Shipping You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be done by you! We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from magicfairygarden.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If you refuse to pay the customs, the package will likely be abandoned, and you will still be responsible for full payment including shipping fees and all product charges.
Please check with your local customs office before ordering, in order to prevent any difficulties in getting your order delivered to you in a country outside Canada.
